General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for camper pitches

Scope: These terms and conditions apply to the use of camper pitches operated by camp2go GmbH.

1. Subject matter of the contract
1.1 The operator of the campsite provides campers with a pitch for motorhomes, campervans or caravans.
1.2 This is a pure parking space without a rental agreement for residential or commercial space.

2. Booking and payment
2.1 Bookings are made online via the Cloud Camping platform and are only valid upon confirmation by the operator.
2.2 Payment is made exclusively online via the payment service provider Stripe.
2.3 A refund is only possible in accordance with the cancellation conditions (see point 5).

3. Use of the parking space
3.1 The pitch may only be used for camping purposes.
3.2 The erection of tents or permanent structures is not permitted.
3.3 The tenant undertakes to keep the parking space clean and not to leave any items behind.

4. Arrival and departure
4.1 Arrival depends on the specific pitch and is regulated in the site rules.
4.2 Departure depends on the specific pitch and is regulated in the site rules.
4.3 Exceeding the departure time may result in additional costs.

5. Cancellation and refund
5.1 Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
5.2 After that, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booking amount will apply.

6. Liability
6.1 Use of the parking space is at your own risk.
6.2 The operator is not liable for theft, damage or loss of property.
6.3 The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him or his accompanying persons.

7. House rules and area rules
7.1 Night-time quiet applies from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
7.2 Open fires and barbecues are only permitted in designated areas.
7.3 Pets may or may not be allowed depending on the specific pitch. See the site rules for details.

7.4. Every camping vehicle must be equipped with a portable fire extinguisher.
7.5 The site rules, which are posted on the site, apply to the pitch. These are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and must be observed by all tenants.

8. Data protection
8.1 The data collected will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
8.2 Payment information is processed exclusively via Stripe.

9. Final provisions
9.1 Swiss law applies to pitches in Switzerland and the law
Germany for parking spaces in Germany.
9.2 The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of camp2co GmbH or in Liestal, Switzerland.
9.3 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
